AND.BEAR is based in Melbourne and Geelong, dividing our time between our two studios.

How do pre-orders work?

At the time you place your order you will be required to pay the full amount to secure your pre-ordered item. There will be a delay for all pre-order garments as they are made to order - this time period will be stated upon purchase and may differ between items.

Processing Time

Each garment is made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be dispatched as your order is hand made with love and care.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email from your online AND.BEAR account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact out team at orders@andbear.com.au.
