AND.BEAR is a contemporary fashion label founded by Isabella Demartini and Georgie Allen. Both graduates of the Bachelor of Fashion (Design) (Honours) at RMIT University, Isabella and Georgie share a passion for creating pieces that make women feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Their shared vision and love for design brought them together to build a brand that blends uniqueness with thoughtful craftsmanship.

At AND.BEAR, we design with intention, focusing on the pieces we feel are missing from our own wardrobes. Our collections celebrate feminine silhouettes with a modern and timeless aesthetic. We take pride in using recycled and organic fibres, and we're committed to ensuring sustainability is at the heart of our work.

The name AND.BEAR was inspired by Georgie’s beloved Dalmatian, Bear, who became the muse for our first photoshoot. His lively personality and unwavering charm embodied the essence of the brand. Each piece we create is named in honour of the people and animals who bring love, joy, and inspiration to our lives.

Our concept is “less is more” - we believe in the principles of slow fashion, prioritising investment in clothing for its quality, durability, and longevity. Our pieces are not just trends; they are made to last, holding a place in your wardrobe for the life of the garment, transcending seasons and fleeting styles.
